  1. 500 gwinter melon
  2. to tasteginger
  3. 1 tbspwater

    Put oil in the pan. When hot, put ginger to fry. (You can also add some soaked shiitake)

  2. 2

    Put winter melon in the pan when ginger turns brown. Stir for a minute, add water, put lid on to cook at low heat until winter melon almost transparent. Add salt and stir (you can add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar instead of salt). Turn off the fire.
