  • 1 cupcooked beans
  • 2large eggs
  • Scotch bonnets (chopped)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Seasoning (to taste)
  • Spices
  • Oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl; mix together beans, onion, scotch bonnets, seasoning and spices

    Mash the mixture

    Beat eggs and dip balls in it. This should be done in batches
