Take a bowl and add flour, baking powder,baking soda, sugar powder and mix it well.

Then add oil and milk and mix it well.

Add cocoa powder and mix. Then grease the mug with oil and pour batter. Put cup on pre heated pot with a stand and cover it and wait for 35 minutes. Then check the cake with knife after 35 minutes.

It's ready to serve.
