Ingredients

15 -20 mins
2 -4 people
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupmaida
  3. Paneer mashed
  4. Very finely chopped small tomato
  5. 1green chillie finely chopped, dhania patta
  6. Finely chopped capsicum (optional)
  7. Finely chopped small onion
  8. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chillie powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pinchhaldi
  12. Water and oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix both wheat flour and maida. Put 1 tbsp oil and water little by little to make dough. Not too tight, not too soft.

    Take mashed paneer make sure there is no water in paneer. Add tomato, onion, capsicum, dhania patta, green chillie and all dry masalas. Mix well.

    Make portions out of the dough. Roll a bit stuff paneer mixture and roll it softly using some dry flour. Don't roll it very thin else it will break out. Heat tawa and place the roti. Bake it on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil or butter or ghee on both sides and cook it it gets a nice golden brown colour.
