Prepare everything you need, then mix together the ★ ingredients.

Dry roast the walnuts in a frying pan over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Break the walnuts up a bit with your hands.

Dry roast the dried sardines separately.

Transfer them to a paper towel. Separate out the whole sardines and discard the crumbs.

In a (small) frying pan, bring the ★ ingredients to a boil, remove from heat, then coat the sardines, walnuts, and sesame seeds in the sauce.

Transfer to a tray to cool. They will stick!
