Ingredients

4-serving
  • 15Prawns , cleaned with tail .
  • 1/4 CupButter melted
  • 1/2 TeaspoonOregano
  • 1/2 TeaspoonRed chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 TeaspoonLemon juice
  • 4 ClovesGarlic crushed
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix All the ingredients and place in fridge for 30-60 mins.

  2. 2

    Preheat grill for medium heat

  3. 3

    Put the prawns in to skewers.Try to fit about 4-5 on each skewer.

  4. 4

    Place onto grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
