Steps

First marinate chicken by adding onion, ginger garlic pastes, curd, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and oil. Mix all well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Now make a medium soft dough by mixing all ingredients and keep aside.

Now make rice by adding garam masala, salt, and soaked rice in boiled water. Boil till rice is 80% cooked. Add mint leaves before turning off the flame. Strain and spread in a flat dish.

To prepare chicken, add oil in a kadhai, temper with whole garam masala and chopped onions. Once onions are golden brown, add marinated chicken pieces. Cover and cook for some time till the chicken is almost cooked.

To make the parda, spread some flour on the kitchen platform and roll a portion of dough big enough to cover a kadhai. It should be about half-inch thick.

Now grease a kadhai and sprinkle some black sesame seeds in it. Keep the dough on it now.

Make two layers of biryani on this parda dough. Each layer will have - rice, chicken, coriander+mint leaves then fried onions and sliced boiled eggs. Cover with rice.

Now cover the biryani layers with parda dough in a round shape.

Now cover this kadhai and keep on low flame.

Keep checking till the lower part gets crispy and brown. Carefully flip the whole parda dough biryani on a Tawa. Cook the other side on low flame till crisp and brown.

Parda chicken biryani is ready to be served.

You can cut slices off the biryani parda to reveal the delicious biryani.
