Steps

Whisk the curd well.

Add besan, red chili, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt and mix it well.

Add water and mix without lumps.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds and hing.

Add chopped onion and saute and add ginger garlic paste.

Now add curd and besan mixture. Stir on a high flame and bring the kadhi to boil.

Now lower the flame and simmer for more 15-20 mins. Kadhi will thicken.

I use ready-made kadhi pakoras.
