Steps

In wok add semolina and roast on medium low flame until color change and fragrant,keep aside

Now in wok heat ghee and add water and sugar,when sugar gets melt add cardamom powder, roasted semolina and pineapple puree with yellow food colour and give it a good mix.

Cover and cook on low medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or until done

Decorate with dry fruits and some pineapple chunks.

Serve hot
