  • 2ripen guavas
  • 1/2 cupbroken gur/ jaggery
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsponion seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to taste Salt

    Wash and cut the guavas in cubes. Take a wok add oil and splitter the fennel seeds and onion seeds. Add guavas and stir fry for a min.

    Add all spices and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cover and cook. Now add fur to it and mix well.

    Cook on slow flame till gur melts and it starts to get thicken.
