Grate the dry fruits. Add water in a bowl and place the khas khas for 10 mins.

Take a non-stick pan.Add ghee. When the ghee melts add grated dry fruits. Keep frying until golden brown.

Remove the dry fruits in a plate.Again place the pan on the gas. Add 1 tsp of ghee.Add the gudd/ jaggery. Keep stirring until it melts. Add 2 tsp of milk. Stir well.

Take a thaali.Grease it with ghee.Add the dry fruits to the gudd.Mix well. Pour the paakh into the thaali.Press it evenly.let it cool.
