  • 1/2 CupCooking Oil
  • 1Onion Big Size(Finely Chopped)
  • 3-4Garlic Cloves(Finely Chopped)
  • 2Tomatoes(finely Chopped)
  • 1Brown Cardamom
  • 1-2 inchCinnamon
  • 4-5Black Pepper
  • 2 TbspChili Flakes
  • 1 TbspRed Chili Powder
  • 1 TbspChopped Coriander
  • 1/4 TbspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 TspSalt or for taste
  • 150 gYogurt
  • 1 TbspVinegar
  • Green Coriander For Garnishing

Steps

30-40 mints
  1. 1

    Sb se pehly ak karhai mein oil ko garam karen,

  2. 2

    Then is mein pyaz or lehsan sal ke 1-2 mint take fry karen,

  3. 3

    Then is mein kaleji dal ke 3-4 mint take fry karen,

  4. 4

    Phir is mein kali mirch, bari Elaichi, darcheni or tamater dal ke 2-3 mint take pakaen,

  5. 5

    Then is mein kutti hue lal mirch, pisi hue lal mirch, kutta hua dhania, namak, haldi powder or dahi dal ke 4-5 mint take pakaen,

  6. 6

    Then is mein sirka dal ke mix karen or 2-3 mint take dam pe rakh dein,

  7. 7

    Phir hara dhania dal ke garma garam nan ke sath serve karen.
