Sweet Fritters gulgule

Take all ingredients except oil in big bowl,mix well.

Add lukewarm water little by little to make batter, cover n rest it for 15 minutes!

Heat oil on medium flame,make fritters in hot oil,slow the flame and deep fry from both the sides on slow flame,otherwise it will become dark in colour as jaggery is added.

Now take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes then they are ready to serve,no need of sauce or chutney,but if I like serve with date tamarind chutney.
