Ingredients

  • 250 gmstrawberries washed and chopped
  • 1 bowlcream/ hom milk / malai
  • 6-7 tspsugar
  • as neededStrawberries mix sugar and grind lightly and keep aside

Steps

  1. 1

    Take strawberry and add 4 tbsp sugar mix and keep in freezer overnight/ next day strawberries put in bowl and add 1/2 cream and sugar and blend well and again keep in freezer

    Next day take strawberry and put in mixer jar and add cream grind well and pour into box and mix grind strawberries slowly

    Now again keep in freezer overnight

    Next day ready to serve with garnish strawberry
