Make the cream cheese. Drain the yogurt overnight in the refrigerator. After about 12 hours, the whey and cream cheese will separate.

Preheat the oven to 180℃. Put the remaining ingredients and the cream cheese into a blender and mix together.

Once the batter has mixed, bake in an oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes. Your light and tasty cheesecake is ready It has only 1/7 the calories of regular cheesecake! 1 slice is only 55 calories, so it's great for those of you watching your weight.
