This is a moist and smooth cheesecake. When making the cream cheese, let the yogurt drain for at least 12 hours. You can use the leftover whey from making the cream cheese in a yogurt drink or bake it in bread It will make bread fluffy. Recipe by apricot9139

Ingredients

  • 250 gramsCream cheese
  • 2Eggs
  • 7 tbspSugar (Lakanto)
  • 3 tbspPlain flour

Steps

    Make the cream cheese. Drain the yogurt overnight in the refrigerator. After about 12 hours, the whey and cream cheese will separate.

    Preheat the oven to 180℃. Put the remaining ingredients and the cream cheese into a blender and mix together.

  3. 3

    Once the batter has mixed, bake in an oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes. Your light and tasty cheesecake is ready It has only 1/7 the calories of regular cheesecake! 1 slice is only 55 calories, so it's great for those of you watching your weight.
