Steps

Take a large mixing bowl and seive jowar flour in it.

Add salt in it.

Now add little little water in it and knead a soft dough. You can also knead dough with lukewarm water.

Now pick a ball from dough.roll it and give a proper shape. sprincle some dry flour on rolling board and keep ball on it.

Sprincle some dry flour on the top of the ball as well and tap tap delicately on flour ball.

Flour ball rotates and starts Increase in size. Sprincle more dry flour if nessesary.

Some times bhakri cracks from sides that time pinch it and stick it.

Heat a griddle and set bhakri on it. Flip Below side on top of the griddle and top side on below.

If dry flour is looking very on bhakri then sprincle some water and spread on whole bhakri nicely.

Flip it. And cook from other side as well.

Now cook front side again on stove directly.and cook it.

Remove it from stove apply ghee on it and serve it.

Jowar bhakri is Very healty and light to digest.
