Ingredients

500 gmscurd
2 cupsrice
to tastesalt
1 tspoil
1 tspmustard seeds
1/4 tsphing
as requiredfew curry leaves
2dry red chillies

Steps

Take boiled, cold rice, add to a bowl. Mix with the dahi.

Add salt to taste.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and red chillies.

Pour tadka over rice-curd mixture. Serve with pickle and papad.
