It’s absolutely a very stylish way presenting the cake from the oven to the table...💁♀️
Steps

Melt the Butter: By the Double Boiling Method or in the microwave oven or normal oven-Set aside

In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned Dry ingredients one by one & sift at least twice- Set aside

In a separate small bowl: Break in the Egg & whisk it well- Add in the Vanilla Essence to it...whisk it well together & then, set aside

Now- mix the melted butter & the whisked egg mixture together & whisk it again together until quite light & fluffy

At this point: Add in the entire wet mixture to the Dry Ingredients Bowl- Mix everything well together until nicely combined & all are well incorporated- Don’t over mix, at any point

Now, pour in the batter to the pre-lined & greased Baking Dish & spread out evenly- Tap a few times, in order to release any trapped air inside it

Arrange the thinly sliced apples- like a flower pattern (refer to my pics) & now, time to bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for about 30-35 mins time or until the ‘toothpick test’ comes out clean

Switch off the oven & allow it to cool down a bit inside the oven itself for about 10 mins time- Then, take out...

Sprinkle some Castor Sugar for the Garnish & de-mould it from the baking pan/tray & allow it to cool down completely

Once cooled down completely: Cut into Slices & serve it on the serving platter with some piping hot tea/coffee or any beverages, of your choice 💁🏻♀️
