Steps
- 1
Wash and soak Jowar, idli rice and urad dal in water for 6 to 7 hrs. Soak each one seperately.
- 2
In a blender, grind each one separately to a smooth paste by adding water gradually. Transfer to a bowl.
- 3
Mix well by adding some salt. Cover with a lid and leave for fermentation.
- 4
In a dosa pan, make dosa topped with little groundnut oil.
- 5
Now dosa is ready to serve. Serve with green coconut chutney or peanut chutney.
- 6
You can also add finely chopped onions to the batter while making dosa. It's optional.
