  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1chili
  • 600 gcarrots
  • 140 glentils
  • 1 litreveg stock
  • 160 mlcan coconut milk
  • 1white onion
  • 1large clove of garlic
  • 1 tspturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onion, garlic, cumin, chili to pot and fry for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Shred carrots and add all ingredients to pot, bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins

    Semi blend soup
