Mix turmeric powder in beef liver and mix it then wash it and set a side

Now cut onion into slices and fry until golden brown

Add washed liver and ginger garlic paste and cook on high flame until oil separate

Now add dry masala and water and cook until water evaporate now add 2 glass of water and bring it to boil

Now low the flame and allow to cook for half an hour

When liver is tender add fenugreek leaves and cook on low flame for 10min

Now add water for gravy and in last add fresh coriander leaves and off the flame

Now delicious kaleji salan is ready serve with roti and boiled rice
