Ingredients

1 hour @ 325°
  • 4 tbspdark brown sugar
  • 1 tbspsea salt
  • 4 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 1/2 tspgarlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tspground mustard
  • 1 tspground paprika
  • 1/2 tspground cumin
  • 1/2 tspground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsphot chili flakes (ground to powder)
  • 1/2 ozliquid smoke (apply to ribs before dry rub mix)

Steps

1 hour @ 325°
  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. 2

    Remove membrane and excess fat from ribs.

  3. 3

    Apply liquid smoke then dry rub mix. Cook @ 325° for 1 hour.
