Ingredients

1 hour @ 325°

4 tbspdark brown sugar
1 tbspsea salt
4 1/2 tspblack pepper
1 1/2 tspgarlic salt
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 1/2 tspground mustard
1 tspground paprika
1/2 tspground cumin
1/2 tspground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsphot chili flakes (ground to powder)
1/2 ozliquid smoke (apply to ribs before dry rub mix)

1 hour @ 325°

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

Remove membrane and excess fat from ribs.

Apply liquid smoke then dry rub mix. Cook @ 325° for 1 hour.
