In a small bowl, add Semolina and water, salt and red chilli powder and mix well

Add chopped vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and 1 tbsp peri peri sauce and mix well. Keep aside.

Take a bread slice and spread the peri peri masala mixture on one side of a bread slice.

Now Grill the sandwich in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 200°C or till everything is cooked and you get the aroma
- 5
Serve hot with peri peri sauce
