Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 4 sliceswhole-wheat bread
  • 1 cupSemolina
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonand 1/2 tsp peri peri sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt to taste
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1/2capsicum chopped
  • 1/2carrots grated
  • 1/2tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoonscheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder optional
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a small bowl, add Semolina and water, salt and red chilli powder and mix well

    Add chopped vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and 1 tbsp peri peri sauce and mix well. Keep aside.

    Take a bread slice and spread the peri peri masala mixture on one side of a bread slice.

    Now Grill the sandwich in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 200°C or till everything is cooked and you get the aroma

  5. 5

    Serve hot with peri peri sauce
