Chinese Chive Rice Flour Chijimi

I usually make this with flour and katakuriko, but in a flash of inspiration, I decided to try with just rice flour.

I usually make this with flour and katakuriko, but in a flash of inspiration, I decided to try with just rice flour.

Steps

Julienne the carrot. Slice the chives into 4-5cm long pieces.

Put the ★ ingredients into a bowl and use a whisk to combine. Add the carrot and chives and mix well.

Put some sesame oil into a warmed frying pan and pour in the ingredients from Step 2. Pan-fry on medium heat until browned, flip it over and fry the other side.

Slice it into portions, dip it into the sauce, and enjoy.
