First crush the coriander seeds cumin and general seedS now take a bowl add pearl flour besan turmeric red chilli powder baking soda ginger garlic paste green chilli Coriander leaves dry fengureek Bengal gram and oil and make a smooth dough with help of the water

Now dough is ready make middum size boll and gently press it now gress the boll to little bit of oil

Now heat the steamer and put the all bolls in steamer and steam atlest 25-30 minutes

Now steam dhokla is ready

Now heat the pan add 2 tsp of ghee add musted seeds sesmee seeds cumin curry leaves green chillies now put the dhokla in it and soute for a minutes now serve the dhokla with panch ratn dal

Tip: you can serve without tadka tadka is optional you can serve with ghee
