Ingredients

25-30 minutes
5-6 serve
  1. 2 cupPearl millet flour (bajra flour)
  2. 6-7 tspGram flour (besan)
  3. 1/4 cupChopped Coriander
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2green chilli finely chop
  6. 2 tspPeanut oil
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  10. 1 tspfennel seeds
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 2 tspsoak gram bangal (chana dal)(optional)
  15. 1 tspdry fengureek powder
  16. For tadka
  17. 1 tspmustard seeds
  18. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  19. 1 tspseesme seeds
  20. 10-12curry leaves
  21. 2slit green chilli
  22. as neededoil

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    First crush the coriander seeds cumin and general seedS now take a bowl add pearl flour besan turmeric red chilli powder baking soda ginger garlic paste green chilli Coriander leaves dry fengureek Bengal gram and oil and make a smooth dough with help of the water

    Now dough is ready make middum size boll and gently press it now gress the boll to little bit of oil

    Now heat the steamer and put the all bolls in steamer and steam atlest 25-30 minutes

    Now steam dhokla is ready

    Now heat the pan add 2 tsp of ghee add musted seeds sesmee seeds cumin curry leaves green chillies now put the dhokla in it and soute for a minutes now serve the dhokla with panch ratn dal

    Tip: you can serve without tadka tadka is optional you can serve with ghee
