Firstly boil the take all the ingredients together make a soak cashews and almonds paste and marinate the panner with salt and chaat Masala,

Heat the pan add melted butter and oil add cumin seeds if crackle add onion paste and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute till colour change.

Add tomatoes purée green chilli Whole spices n roasted onion n tomatoes ginger garlic masala and mix well add red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal powder,panner mutter masala turmeric powder and salt mix and well saute for a minutes

After that add curd and soak cashews and almonds paste mix it well n add litter water n cook for 5 minutes.

If masala cook add 1 tsp fresh cream kasuri methi n boiled green peas n mix it well.

After that add marinated panner cubes and again mix it n cook for 5 minutes cover the lid

After 5 minutes add garam masala powder and Coriander leaves cook for a minutes now our Shahi panner muttor masala Restaurant style is ready to eat serve hot in a serving dish sprinkle some Coriander leaves and fresh cream.
