Cheese Corn Balls

Take a grinding jar and add corn, ginger, garlic, and green chilies to it.

Grind it well and make a coarse paste.

Add a little bit of cornflour just to bind it.

Add salt, black pepper powder, and red chilies powder to it.

Add both types of cheese to it and mix it well.

Make small roundels of the mixture and coat it with cornflour.

Heat a pan with oil.

Add the rounds of corn mixture into it and give it a deep-fry on both sides.

Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
