  • 150 gmsfrench beans
  • 2potatoes cubed
  • To taste salt
  • 2 tbspwhite oil for frying
  • 1 tspghee or butter
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop beans into 1 inch pieces.Cube potatoes.Boil potatoes in 1 cup water till almost done.Boil beans also.They should be soft but not soggy.Dry up all water in potatoes and beans.

    Heat oil and fry the potatoes.Remove all oil.Heat 1 tsp ghee or butter.Add the potatoes and beans,salt to taste and black pepper.Toss and fry for few minutes.

    Serve hot with a sprinkling of lemon juice, tasty pepper tossed beans and potatoes in breakfast with bread and a cup of hot tea.
