Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 1cucumber peel the skin, remove the seed and cut long or cube
  • 1carrot peel the skin and cut tiny long or cube
  • 1 big shallot peel the skin and tiny slices or cut in cube
  • 4-5Thai chilies (bird-eye chili) remove the stems and chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp white winegar (more or less)
  • 1 tbspwhite sugar (more or less)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 or more tbsp water (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in the bowl, mix well and taste it.

  2. 2

    Transfer to the container, cover with a lid and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use. Minimum I put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before consuming.

    Then enjoy!
