Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 cupslukewarm water
  • 1small piece of crushed ginger
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1stem curry leaves
  • 1stem coriander leaves
  • 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsesame oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour curd in a vessel. Add water.

  2. 2

    Then blend it with wooden blender

    Stop the process when the butter separates. Remove the butter. Buttermilk is ready

  4. 4

    Now in a small pan pour oil put all the ingredients and stir fry for 2_3 seconds

    Then add this to the buttermilk and serve
