Steps

Fry sliced onion with ginger garlic paste in a pan with minimum of oil until lightly brown

Add thinly sliced meat mix well and cook for few min

Add curry paste along with turmeric powder and salt, mix again, cover and cook for 5 min. When everything well combined and meat cook half way add tomato paste and chilli flakes

Cook this for further two to three minutes, add the veg and cook with the meat in medium to low heat until done, add hot water if needed
and cook further - 5
Put chopped coriander on top little bit lemon juice will be great with it
