  • 1finally Chopped Onions
  • 1finally Chopped Tomato
  • 2chopped Potato
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 1 podgarlic
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander seeds
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a oil in kadhai, Add all the species and let them roast nicely.
