Heated pan with a spoonful of cooking olive oil. Pan fry capsicum, zucchini and lastly cherry tomatoes.

Remove from pan and allow to cool. Next pan fry the cheese till half brownish and allow to cool.

Add salad leaves in a new mixing bowl and mix together with all pan fried Ingredients.

Lastly, add some walnuts and dried cranberry.
