Take 500 grams of fish wash and dry. Take 2 tbsp coriander powder and coat fish with the masala.

Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and onion. Let it cook for few minutes.

Add tomato puree and half a cup of hot water, mix & cover the pan to let the tomatoes cook.

Add the spices salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, haldi, garam masala. Mix and cover the pan.

After 10 minutes add fish to the curry. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

The curry should be a thick gravy. Serve hot with roti.
