Masala Walnut Pulao

Firstly heat the oil in a pan. Once it's done add cumin seeds, green chilli and bay leaf. Wait for few seconds. Now add chopped onion and saute it for a minute now add Walnut and saute it too for a minute.

Now add all the veggies in it and saute it for 5 minutes on low to medium flame. Then add all dry spices and salt (according to the veggies) and mix it well. Now add tomatoes and mix it well. Now add 1/4 cup water in it. Cover it with lid and cook it for 6-7 minutes on low flame.

Once the veggies are cooked well now add cooked rice and salt(remember you already add the salt in veggies) and mix it well. Now cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After switch off the flame add coriander leaves and mix it well.

Your masala walnuts Pulao is ready to eat. Enjoy!
