We did a barbecue 2 weeks back, with some leftover beef mince, we made koftas and store them in freezer. So I couldn't click it's step pics. Next time will share it's recipe too.

We did a barbecue 2 weeks back, with some leftover beef mince, we made koftas and store them in freezer. So I couldn't click it's step pics. Next time will share it's recipe too.

Fry the onions in oil till golden brown. Make a fine paste of onion and tomatoes. Collect other ingredients.

In the same oil lightly cook the koftas and add the spices and ginger garlic paste. Cook on medium high flame and do not move them alot.

Now add the onion tomatoes paste and cube cut potatoes.

Add some water, according to desired gravy. Cook for at least 20 mins on low flame.

When oil comes up add 3-4 boiled eggs and garnish with ginger and fresh coriander. Serve with naan/roti and enjoy.
