Steps

Take a bunch of coriander leaves wash it and dry it and chopped it finely

Now add ginger garlic and chilli paste now add turmeric, coriander and red chilli powder salt

Now add besan and rice flournd zeera and garam masala mix it well add water to bind it well like a dough

Now take a steamer and steam it for 15 mins or till it cooks completly

Now cut it in peices and take a pan add little bit of oil if you like you can deep fry it also add some mustard seeds and curry leaves and shallow fry it till golden brown and serve it sprinkle some till seeds for garnishing and enjoy it☺️
