Take carrots and raddish clean and wash properly peel the skin boil in the pressure cooker cover to he lid n whistle 2.

Take all the above ingredients and boil carrot and radish chopped the veggies heat the pan pour oil and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and asafoetida.

Add green chillies and saute add salt red chilli powder pickle masala red chilli powder turmeric powder.

And mix it well add vinegar and little bit water and cook and boil after that add chopped carrot and radish and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Now our delicious and healthy nutritious and tasty spicy Carrot and radish green chilli pickle is ready to eat serve in a serving bowl
