Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgOlive
  • 400 gmjaggery
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspSaunf/ fennel seeds
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspmethi ( fenugreek)seeds
  • 4red chillies
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix olive, Jeggary, salt. Olive should be ripe.

    Make masala. Dry roast masala(cumin, saunf, methi, red chilli)and grind.

    Mix masala with olive.heat mustard oil in a pan.add masala.Cook for some time. Or dry under sun
