Wash poha in water then drain water. Boil peas for 5 minutes. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli pepper, pinch of sugar, salt on drained poha and mix it with hands.l and keep it aside.

Take heavy pan, let it warm. Then put oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chill. Then put chopped onions and let them sauté (till onion gets transparent)

Put chopped potatoes, boiled peas and carrot in the pan and sauté it until it gets tender and little crisp.

Then put washed poha in the pan and mix everything together.

Cover it with lid and let it cook. After poha gets soft, sprinkle lemon juice on poha.

Serve with cilantro.
