Steps

Boil chicken with 8-10 Glass of water, add salt, spring onion/normal onion. Add whole tomatoes and one green chilli.

After 10 min: take out tomatoes, peel skin of tomatoes and blend them in blender jug.

When chicken tender. Strain soup in separate bowl. Shred chicken pieces (thick pieces.)

Take a large pan, add 1 tsp oil, add garlic, fry when golden, add green chilli, saute for a while, add capcicum. After one minute add carrot and soup(yakhni).

All vegs saute for 1 min:, than add yakhni and blended tomatoes. Add shredded chicken, all sauces and salt and black pepper powder.

After boiling cook for 10 min:. Add ketchup. Make cornflour paste, till medium thick. Beat an egg, pour over soup slowly and mix with fork.

In the end before serving, add 1 tsp or few drops of vinegar, for glazed look.
