  2. 6 TbspButter
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 CupChopped Onion
  7. 1 CupGrated Cheese of Choice
  8. 1 CupEvaporated Milk
  9. 1 1/2 CupsCrushed Saltines

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°

    Slice and boil squash in water until soft. Drain, mash, and drain again, if needed.

    Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish

  4. 4

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pour into buttered dish and bake for 40 min
