Steps

Sieve the flour in a bowl.

Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds, garam masala powder, onion and green chillyin it. Mix properly.

Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for 30 min.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Take a small ball from the dough and roll it in to a thin circle of about 2-3 inch diameter.

Fry these puris till they become golden and crispy.

Serve hot.
