Ingredients

  • 2potatoes cut into pieces
  • 1 cupmethi(fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 tspginger garlic chopped
  • 2 tspoil
  • to tastesalt and pepper powder
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan add oil and cumin seeds.

    Add ginger garlic and cook for few seconds.then add onion and cook again.

    Add potatoes,methi and spices.cover with lid and cook for five minutes.
