Steps

Collect all ingredients of Methi Thepla. Keep aside.

Firstly Finely chopped the Methi. Now clean & wash for 3-4 times in water

Sieve the methi in a stainer and drained the water. Keep aside.

Now,take a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients one by one,except 1/4 cup oil (for roasting thepla). Mix well.

Knead dough for making methi thepla. Add little water and knead smooth dough.

Cover and keep aside the dough for 15 minutes.

15 minutes later add some drops of oil in it, again knead the dough. Now start making thepla. Take little amount of dough roll it and make balls. Same method apply to make all balls.

On plain surface dust with dry flour and roll its in to thin round shape. Same method apply to make all thepla rolled together.

On medium flame preheated the tawa. Spread some oil on the tawa, place the thepla on it. Roast until it gets cook one siďe then flip it

Now brush with little oil and spread some oil in both sides on the thepla, press gently.

Now take it off from the tawa. Repeat same method apply to make all theplas.

Soft Methi Thepla is ready to serve.

Serve with any type of dip,like pickle, curd, chutney or Sbji. Enjoy!!
