Take milk in a pot sprinkle gelatin over the surface in layer. Let it stand for 5-10 min.

Add cream,sugar,essance,salt in a pot & bring to heat until sugar dissolves.reach to boiling temp but do not boil.remove from heat & add gelatin milk in pot & whisk until smooth.if gelatin is not fully dissolved again take pot at low flame do not let the mixture boil

Pour mixture in ramekins.keep refrigerated for 4-6 hours

Either serve in same ramekins or dish it out in platter.keep the ramekins in dish filled with water such that water reaches to half of ramekin.slide a knife around edges of panna cotta.keep plate over ramekin then turn it upside down

Topping is personnel choice.I use red cherry,fresh cranberry, caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
