Take a pan and roast the walnut. Without ghee

Keep a side take a ghee in the pan and heat it then add crushed jaggery in it add ginger power and ajwain also..

Boil it together for 2 minutes then add roasted walnut in it.Mix it well. Off the flame. Let it cool.

Ready your walnut jaggery candy enjoy it in this chill chill weather.It's very useful in these cool days.
