Ingredients

1 hr
4 servings
  • 4hot links (sliced)
  • 1deep dish frozen pie crust
  • 1 cupitalian blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 6eggs (wisked together)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

    In a bowl add your eggs, milk, salt abd pepper and wisk till mixed well.

  2. 2

    Slice up your hot links add to bowl with egg mixture. Then add cheese and stir till blended.

  3. 3

    Pour egg mix into pie crust and on @ 350° for 1 hr. then eat and enjoy!!

my grandmother taught me how to cook like they did back during the great depression so that mixed with me needing quick meals that can be diabetic friendly so i mix the 2 and come up with some yummy stuff.
